Dean Marie Lynn Miranda, professor and dean at the School of Natural Resources and Environment, met with current SNRE students Thursday, Feb. 21, at a special dinner coordinated by SNRE Student Government. The event gave students a chance to speak with the dean, who completed her first year in January, and to ask questions about what's ahead for the school.
The event took place in the Dow Commons.
Andy Hoffman, an SNRE professor in its Sustainable Systems field of study, was interviewed by the Irish Times newspaper as part of its ongoing coverage of a recent climate summit in Ireland.
To celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year, SNRE students are hosting a celebration. And everyone is welcome.
The party is Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Ford Commons, Dana Building. Free food will be served, and there will be games, free gifts, lottery draw, decorations, and lots of fun. Mark your calendar, and join us for the
