eRecruiter is your portal to SNRE's online career services for students, alumni and employers.

eRecruiter allows alumni to:

• Create a "Professional Network" profile to allow students and other alumni to network with you.
• Use "Professional Network" to browse alumni profiles for networking.
• Search for job postings and apply online.
• View SNRE career events calendar.
• Register as an employer to post jobs or internships at your organization and to view student resumes.
• Access to paid job subscriptions (Green Careers Journal and Environmental Career Opportunities). These environmental job subscriptions are available on eRecruiter for SNRE students and alumni. Please go to eRecruiter to obtain the passwords to these environmental job subscriptions.
• Alumni interested in eRecruiter please email snre.erecruiter@umich.edu for a username and password.

How Can I Serve as a Professional Networking Contact to SNRE Students? 

1. If you don't have an eRecruiter account, you will need to set one up by contacting SNRE at: snre.erecruiter@umich.edu (please provide your full name--including your maiden name if you were not married while a student at SNRE, year of graduation, and your U-M uniqname or U-M email address).

2.  Log in to eRecruiter at: https://snreumich-csm.symplicity.com (username = your full email address)

**If you've forgotten your password, click :"Forgot Password" and one will be emailed to you.  You can change it to something you will remember by clicking on Profile< Password Preferences.

3. Click on the PROFILE tab and fill out all of the red asterisked items (required) under the following 4 sub tabs:1) Personal Information 2) Academic Information 3) Privacy 4) Professional Network.

Your Professional Network profile will now be visible to SNRE students and other alums and they can contact you to learn more about your career, current or past employers, what skills are needed to succeed in your field, ask for other networking contacts, etc.

How Can I Forward a Job/ Internship that May Interest SNRE Graduate Students?

If you see a job or internship posting that may interest students or alumni, please send a copy of the posting to our staff at: snre.careers@umich.edu. Or if you are a hiring employer, you can register as an employer and post it directly via eRecruiter.
