  • Analyzed GE renewable energy growth strategies for Wind and Solar divisions. Mapped 11 competitor's strategy, initiatives, products, locations and capacity.
  • Developed wind turbine cost model to analyze competitor components, logistics and sourcing strategies. Identified GE relative cost position in the industry.
  • Analyzed 6 commercial sales deals to inform GE Solar marketing strategy. Challenged GE current market plan, target customer and value proposition.
  • Designed process to collect, document and communicate competitive intelligence for GE Wind and GE Solar.
