Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy

During this internship, Ajay was in charge of a one of the entire company's greenhouse gas reduction projects. He had to network with organizations and get them to participate in his project and collaborate with EPA's Smartway division. He had to develop an Excel based tool that would allow companies to report, benchmark and reduce their GHG emissions over the next few years. He presented his work at the Dairy Sustainability Council meeting - a conference held twice or three times a year in Chicago. He gained massive experience in public presentation, networking and communicating with stakeholders. He also brushed up his analytical skills while developing the mathematical model.
