Melissa learned about the culture of a large corporate environment.  She performed projects like: evaluating and comparing Mascoí¢â‚¬â„¢s Global Supply Chain Policies with other companies.  Melissa updated the Green Product definitions for all of the business units, to be certain they still complied with all recognized labels and current regulations.  She managed a project to implement an employee sustainability education program for over 10,000 employees.  Melissa was also able to participate in a Kaizen event at one of the company's business units, which involved streamlining and improving upon a current recycling program at a framing company.
