Natalie Flynn assisted in the creation of a new program to advocate for states to implement climate change into State Wildlife Action Plans.

Natalie coordinated the organization of a group to write a document on conducting climate change vulnerability assessments for wildlife and habitats. Natalie also strategized with a coalition of other environmental groups to advocate for natural resource funding in the American Clean Energy and Security Act.
