Laura researched the current status of utility-scale solar market and developed resources that will be used to market knowledge of this industry to manufacturing firms.  She also performed defense market and supply chain research to aid client in identifying new manufacturing sales opportunities as part of strategy to rapidly expand business.  A third project involved conducting interviews with municipal managers on success factors and common hurdles of Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant funded projects and reported findings to municipalities across Michigan.  Laura identified opportunities for Shepherd Advisors to market consulting services to municipalities.
