Jennifer Johnson conducted a commodity chain analysis on the local and regional trade in Uganda in Nile perch and tilapia.
Jennifer conducted survey and ethnographic research with fishermen, fish processors, fish traders and fish mongers for both the Ministry and her own research needs.
