Lindsey MacDonald Picture

Lindsey MacDonald performed the following duties during her internship:1) Planet Blue Ambassadors Program improvement. This program started last year as a way to encourage a culture of sustainability on campus. After its first year, they have identified areas for growth and improvement.  Sheworked to develop an online tool for sustainability leadership training and an in person model for staff and students. 2) Sustainability Leadership Program Analysis.  Lindsey utilized research on sustainability leadership programs’ best practices (both training techniques and key skills) to inform Planet Blue Ambassadors and faculty development programs as well as to redesign the Sustainability Scholars & Fellows program.
