The 13th Annual University of Michigan Energy Fest 2008
The 13th Annual University of Michigan Energy Fest 2008 will showcase the University's efforts and commitment to energy conservation, energy efficiency, and alternative energy technologies. University and other affiliated organizations will be available with information and displays that identify opportunities to conserve energy and contribute to a sustainable society. The event is free and open to the public. Energy Fest will also be held on the North Campus Portico Plaza on Thursday, September 11, from 11am to 2pm.
Featuring exhibits from U-M organizations, local government, and participating businesses.
U-M Organizations: Utilitites and Plant Engineering, The Center for Sustainable Systems, OSEH, DPS-Bicycle Registration, U-M Recycling Program, U-M Environmental Stewardship Program, U-M Solar Car Team, U-M Transportation- Alt. Fuels/Alt. Transportation, and U-M Planet Blue
Local Government: Ann Arbor District Library, Ann Arbor Energy Office, Ann Arbor Transportation Authority
