Are you currently searching for an internship or will you be searching for one in the future? SNRE has a few different resources to help you with your internship search:
eRecruiter is the portal for any SNRE student or alumni to search for internships posted by employers on our career services website. eRecruiter also allows current students to search for alumni who are interested in hosting an SNRE intern.
Organization List Click on this link if you are interested in a list of organizations who have hired SNRE interns from 2005-2007.
Alumni Organization List Click here to check out the list of organizations where some of our alumni work. These alumni are interested in hosting an SNRE intern! This list will provide you with information including organization, current position title of the SNRE alumni, and location. If you are an SNRE student interested in working for any of these organizations and would like the alumni contact information, please contact SNRE's Internship Coordinator Kim LeClair. If you are an alumni who wants to host an SNRE intern and do not see your organization mentioned on the list, please contact Kim LeClair to be added.
Archived Job and Internship Databases
SNRE has a Job and Internship Database that is archived (no longer updated). Try searching through these databases to find employers in which you have interest. Then contact the employer to see if they have any internships available.

Alumni Databases
UM inCircle is an online directory and networking community that contains all University of Michigan alumni and students. Try networking with alumni and students to find internships!
Also, try searching the archived SNRE Alumni Database for alumni who work in your area of interest. You could set up an informational interview (contact kleclair@umich.edu for more information on informational interviewing) and see if the alum knows of organizations that are hiring interns in your interest area or maybe the company they work for is interested in sponsoring an intern.

The American Public Gardens Association keeps a list of current internships that maybe of interest. Check out their website to view the internship opportunities.
The American Society of Landscape Architects keeps a list of current jobs and internships that maybe of interest. Check out their website to view the internship opportunities.
