- graduate student, post doc, faculty or research scientist
- African American, Hispanic American or Native American

Funding Abstract:
The Carl Storm Underrepresented Minority (URM) Fellowship program was established by the GRC Board of Trustees to honor Director Emeritus Carl Storm's many years of service to GRC and to support his commitment to increasing diversity at the Conferences. This Fellowship Program provides an opportunity for URM graduate students, post docs, faculty and scientists to receive funding assistance to attend their first GRC.

Applicant must apply to individual conferences. Applications vary by conference. Additionally, applicant must submit a simple form to be considered for the fellowship.
