You are eligible to apply if you are pursuing a masters or doctoral degree at an institution of higher education located in Canada, Puerto Rico, or the United States. Applicants should anticipate completion of their degree requirements no sooner than December 1, 2010.  Applicants are considered without regard to color, gender, race, creed or country of origin.

  • Transcripts of all university education
  • Three letters of recommendation (one from academic or research advisor)
  • 1 page statement of educational plans and career objectives demonstrating or declaring an interest in the water service industry.
