You are eligible to apply if you are pursuing a masters degree at an institution of higher education located in Canada, Puerto Rico, or the United States. Applicants should anticipate completion of their degree requirements no sooner than December 1, 2010.  Applicants are considered without regard to color, gender, race, creed or country of origin.
