Keoleian elected president of the International Society for Industrial Ecology

Greg Keoleian was elected for a two-year term as president of the International Society for Industrial Ecology.
The society is an interdisciplinary forum of scientists, engineers and policymakers that advances systems based analysis methods, tools and solutions for improving the sustainability of technology, product and service systems, and economies. Keoleian is a professor in SNRE as well as the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering; he also is co-director of the Center for Sustainable Systems and the Engineering Sustainable Systems dual-degree program.
