Jude talks Gobies on cable series exploring invasive species

Research by David Jude, a research scientist at SNRE, is featured in a cable documentary exploring invasive species in the Great Lakes. Jude's work with Gobies is mentioned in the new series "Silent Invaders," created and being aired by Pursuit Channel TV, a cable channel for outdoor enthusiasts.

Jude conducts research on the Great Lakes and its connecting tributaries, including work specifically involving yellow perch larvae in Lake Michigan; work with a remotely operated vehicle on offshore reefs in Lake Michigan to collect evidence of lake trout reproduction; work with exotic species, especially round and tubenose gobies and zebra/quagga mussels; and work with toxic substances, burbot, deepwater sculpin and larval fish distribution in the Muskegon River.
