Dear SNRE students,

With your SNRE degree, you have already chosen to become a sustainability specialist. Now come to explore a unique opportunity to supplement your choice through a dual-degree with the Ross School of Business’ one-year degree program in supply chain management (MSCM).

You are cordially invited to the Ross School of Business’ Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) program presentation this Thursday from 4-5pm in DANA 1024.

More than 760 global CEOs surveyed report that sustainability will be critical to the future success of their companies concludes a study by the United Nations Global Compact and Accenture. An amazing 93% of CEOs indicated that “a tipping point” could be reached that integrates sustainability with core business processes and systems, and its supply chains.

“We live in an increasingly resource aware and resource constrained world. We need to live within our means and not borrow from the future. To build a sustainable tomorrow we need to make our supply chain sustainable today. In fact, I firmly believe that increased sustainability in the supply chain reduces risks and increases profits for all organizations and stakeholders” – Kris Gopalakrishnan, CEO and Co-Founder of Infosys

The Ross MSCM program's goal is to develop the future leaders in supply chain management through our unique curriculum, which includes:
- a holistic supply chain management education taught by our world-class faculty
- general business education (MSCM bootcamp & business elective coursework)
- leadership, project management, and teamwork training
- extensive interaction with industry leaders
- a paid-team based summer consulting project with Fortune 50/100 companies
- admission into the Tauber Institute for Global Operations

We look forward to meeting you and discussing this unique opportunity to enhance your positioning as a future leader in sustainability and supply chain management. If you have any questions in the meantime please feel free to contact me at erico@umich.edu.

Sincere regards & Go Blue!! - Eric
