Submit an SNRE blog post

Thanks for your interest in sharing your news. The blog is a key tool for information-sharing among students and with the broader SNRE Community. It's a new tool created by Student Government. Once submitted, the blog post is sent to a SG representative to ensure that it is SNRE-centric. And then it gets published!
