Lecture title: 'Property Rights and Inequality on the Commons'
EricĀ A. Coleman is an assistant professor of political science at Florida State University. He received his Ph.D. in public policy from Indiana University through its Department of Political Science and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and was also affiliated with the Vincent and Elinor Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis. He received a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Utah State University.

About Eric Coleman's research:
Coleman's research focuses on collective action and common-pool resources. He uses experimental and quantitative methods to analyze the propensity of user groups to sustainably and equitably manage natural resources. He has particular interest in applications from developing countries and has worked on projects in Bolivia, Bulgaria, Colombia, India, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, Spain and Uganda.
