SNRE events for Friday, Oct. 4:

12:30-2 p.m.: Reunion Luncheon
All SNRE alumni are invited to join faculty and students at a luncheon honoring the reunion attendees and hosted by Dean Marie Lynn Miranda.
Dow Commons, Fourth Floor, Dana Building, SNRE, 440 Church Street

2-3 p.m.: Gold LEED-certified Dana Building Tour
All alumni interested in environmentally responsible building design are invited to tour the Dana building, which was recently renovated and is Gold LEED-certified, making it among the greenest of the green.

4-5 p.m.: Saginaw Forest Tour
Enjoy a short, guided walking tour of Saginaw Forest, home of many faculty and student research projects, to celebrate Reunions Weekend and appreciate the outdoors with fellow alumni enthusiasts. Meet outside of the Dana Building at 3:30 p.m. to carpool, or meet at the caretaker’s cabin in the forest.  Parking is available on Liberty Road, behind the businesses.  Enter the trail and follow to the cabin (10-15 minute walk).

5-8 p.m.: SNRE's Annual School-Wide Campfire
Enjoy nature and the company of SNRE students, faculty, staff and other alumni. Events at this family friendly outing include log-sawing competition and wader races. Come join the fun!  If you are not part of the Forest Tour, meet at the caretaker’s cabin in the forest.  Parking is available on Liberty Road, behind the businesses.  Enter the trail and follow to the cabin (10-15 minute walk).
