Funding Abstract: 

The Consortium offers a total of $100,000 of support in the form of graduate and undergraduate research and public service fellowships to students in aerospace, space science, Earth system science and other related science, engineering or mathematics fields. Students working on educational research topics in mathematics, science, or technology are also eligible to apply. Preference is given to projects directly related to aerospace, space science, Earth system science, and directly related educational efforts. Note: the mission of the MSGC includes creating, developing, and promoting programs that reflect NASA strategic interests.

Application Process and Required Materials: 

Completed application form, 150 word abstract, 2 page essay on future plans, one page desciption of specific expectations for research, scanned copy of most recent transcript, two letters of recommendation. All materials must be submitted online.

Must submit a report on research or public service activity within one month of the end of the funding period.
