Wells Fargo American Indian Scholarship -
To be considered for the Wells Fargo scholarship, an applicant must:
• Be an enrolled member of a United States federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaska Native group;
- Be pursuing a career and degree in fields relating to banking, resort management, gaming operations, management and administration (including accounting, finance, information technology and human resources);
- Be a college junior or senior, or graduate student at a U.S. accredited college or university as full time and degree seeking;
- Graduate students: Must have maintained a 3.0 GPA as an undergraduate student or have maintained a 3.0 GPA as a graduate student at the time of application.
The Wells Fargo American Indian Scholarship Program is funded by the Wells Fargo and administered by American Indian Graduate Center. Wells Fargo’s goal is to build personal and lasting relationships with the students who will become future leaders in economic development in Indian communities and Wells Fargo leaders in the banking and financial service industry.
Materials to be submitted with the application:
- Tribal Eligibility Certificate Form (TEC);
- Unofficial undergraduate and/or graduate academic transcript;
- A personal statement addressing personal, educational and professional goals;
- Two personal recommendation letters;
- A Financial Need Form (FNF) from the institution the applicant will attend.
