Bowling Green City Park
M'Lis Bartlett designed a memorial for local community member in the form of a viewing platform.
This deck is reflective of the man to whom it is dedicated, built partially from materials found on site. Facing a restored meadow will provide a place for bird watching and public education activities. M'Lis designed the deck, complete construction documents, addressed ecological issues during placement, procured a zoning variance for construction, coordinated construction, volunteer help and fundraising efforts.
