Description

Will introduce students to the complex ethical problems associated with the management of large business organizations under conditions of rapid economic change and intense global competition. It will focus on the responsibilities of senior executives to the various constituents of the firm--customers, employees, owners, creditors, suppliers, distributors, local residents, national citizens and global inhabitants--and on the treatment of those constituencies that can be considered to be "right" and "proper" and "fair".
