On Monday, April 29, the School of Natural Resources and Environment, the Program in the Environment, and especially the Master of Landscape Architecture Program lost a dear colleague and beloved teacher, Assistant Professor Beth Diamond.
SNRE Landscape Architecture students in the first-year studio class are displaying their work at an exhibit of environmental art installations in the Matthei Botanical Gardens through Friday, Oct. 12.

SNRE students working with Professor of Landscape Architecture Beth Diamond on a master's project held a public art event at a street festival in Detroit last Saturday. The group—Sarah Alward, Fai Foen, Dana Petit and Christian Runge—set up a tent where visitors could paint tiles that will be incorporated in a future art installation at the Heidelberg Project.
