Submit Your Resume for the SNRE Resume Book by Nov. 1st
Why Should I Submit My Resume for the SNRE Resume Book?
- It is sent out to more than 4,000 environmental employers (including all employers attending SNRE's Career Fair on January 15th)
- A number of students have been contacted directly by employers for internship or job interviews (after employers saw their resume in the resume book)
- A great opportunity to create or update your resume/CV
Submit Your Resume for the SNRE Resume Book by Nov. 1st (the earlier the better)--Don't wait until the last minute!
1) Use the appropriate SNRE template below:
- Master's Student Resume Template (see SNRE Resume Template)
- PhD Student CV Template (see SNRE CV Template)
2) If you need assistance, send your draft resume or CV (after you have used the SNRE template) to: snre.careers@umich.edu
3) Additional Materials Allowed for PhD and Landscape Architecture Students (Optional):
**PHD STUDENTS: You can also submit a one page abstract of your dissertation to be included in the CV book (send to: snre.careers@umich.edu)
**LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS: You can also submit a 2-page work sample (submit as a PDF file) to: snre.careers@umich.edu
4) Save your Resume as a PDF file and upload your final resume or CV (as a PDF file) to eRecruiter
**Username: full umich email address
**Forgot your password: click "Forgot Password" and a new one will be emailed to you
**You must have all of your profile tabs (personal, academic, privacy, etc.) filled out before you can upload a document
**Go to DOCUMENTS tab, Click ADD NEW and upload your PDF file to eRecruiter (be sure to mark it as your default resume)
5) After you upload your resume: SNRE Career Staff will review your resume one last time before approving it
