CAPS Winter Groups for Graduate Students

Seeking a supportive and therapeutic forum in which you can share experiences of a U-M graduate student, receive support and feedback, while developing life affirming strategies for navigating these experiences?

Consider talking with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) about any of the groups or workshops listed at http://www.umich.edu/~caps/groups.html or simply stop by for one of the drop ins.

Groups range from general process groups (i.e., Graduate Men/ Women's Group) to topic-specific programming from substance use for either harm reduction or sobriety, eating and body image concerns to perfectionism, academic barriers, performance enhancement. Take a look, consider groups like Choices or Centering in Recovery and give CAPS a call at 734.764.8312 if you have ANY questions at all.

We look forward to hearing from you!

CAPS is centrally located on the third floor of the Michigan Union (3100)

Hours: Fall/Winter: Mon-Thurs 8am-7pm, Fri 8am-5pm; Spring/Summer: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
